Meg F Buck Art

Terms of Use

Last updated October 21, 2026

Thanks for stopping by! These terms cover how you can use this website and the art you see on it. They’re written to be friendly and clear, and by using the site you agree to them.

1. Who’s who

This website belongs to Meg F Buck Art, my art practice based in Knightdale, North Carolina. When these terms say “I,” “me,” or “my,” that’s me, Meg. When they say “you,” that’s you, the lovely person visiting.

2. My art and copyright

Every painting, doodle, character, photo, and bit of writing on this site was made by me and is protected by copyright. Buying an original painting means you own that physical piece, but the copyright and the right to make copies of it stay with me.

You’re welcome to share photos of my work on social media as long as you credit @megfbuckart. Please don’t reproduce, print, sell, change, or use my art or characters for anything commercial, or use them to train or prompt AI tools, without my written permission.

3. Using this site

Please use this site the way it was meant to be used: to look around, learn about my work, and get in touch. Don’t try to break it, copy it in bulk, scrape it, or use the forms to send spam.

4. Artwork details and availability

I do my best to show every piece accurately, but colors can look a little different on each screen. Sizes, prices, and availability can change, and a piece marked available may already be spoken for. Nothing is reserved until we’ve confirmed it together by email.

5. Buying art and custom pieces

Purchases are covered by my Sales and Shipping policy, and custom work is covered by my Custom Commissions policy. If anything on those pages is different from what’s here, those pages win for that purchase.

6. Links to other places

Sometimes I link to Instagram, show venues, or other spots I love. I’m not responsible for what’s on those sites, so give their own policies a read too.

7. The legal bit

This site is shared as is. I work hard to keep it accurate and running smoothly, but I can’t promise it will always be error free or available. To the fullest extent the law allows, I’m not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses that come from using it.

8. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms now and then. When I do, I’ll change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after an update means you’re okay with the new version.

9. Which laws apply

These terms follow the laws of the State of North Carolina, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.
