Your privacy matters to me. Here’s a plain look at what this site collects, why, and what I do with it. The short version: I only collect what I need to reply to you and keep you in the loop, and I never sell it.
1. What I collect
When you fill out a form on this site, like Send me a note, a custom piece request, or the Keep Up list, I collect what you type in. That’s usually your name, email, and message, plus details like your city or the size you have in mind.
When you browse, my website host, Framer, counts basic visit info like which pages were viewed, the type of device, and the general area visits come from. It helps me see how the site is doing, and it doesn’t tell me who you are.
2. How I use it
I use your info to reply to you, plan and deliver custom pieces and purchases, send Keep Up emails if you asked for them, and make this site better. That’s it.
3. Where it lives
Form messages land in my email inbox (Gmail) and are saved to a private Google Sheet that only I can open. The site itself is hosted by Framer. Each of these services protects your info under its own privacy policy.
4. I never sell your info
I don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal info, ever. I only share it when I need to, like giving your address to a shipping carrier so your painting gets to you, or if the law requires it.
5. The Keep Up list
If you join the Keep Up list, I’ll email you about new paintings, Zoom In drops, and where to see my work in person. Not feeling it anymore? Reply to any of my emails or write to me and I’ll take you off the list right away.
6. Cookies
This site only uses what it needs to run and to count visits. I don’t use advertising cookies or ad tracking of any kind.
7. Your choices
You can ask me to show you, update, or delete the info I have about you at any time. Just send me an email and I’ll take care of it.
8. Kids
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their info. If you think a child has sent me something, let me know and I’ll delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If I update this policy, I’ll change the date at the top of the page so you can always tell what’s new.
