Sales and Shipping
Last updated October 21, 2026
Bringing home an original painting should feel exciting, not confusing. Here’s how buying from me works, from first hello to hanging it on your wall.
1. How buying works
Every original is one of a kind. When you find a piece you love, send me a note from its page or email me. I’ll confirm it’s still available and send you an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, the piece is officially yours and I’ll mark it sold.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. North Carolina sales tax is added where required, and shipping is quoted separately. Payment is due within 7 days of your invoice. After that, the piece goes back up for grabs.
3. Local pickup and delivery
Live near Knightdale or in the Triangle? You can pick up your painting from me, or we can set up a local drop off. We’ll work out the details together by email.
4. Shipping
I pack every painting with lots of care (and maybe a little doodle). Paintings usually ship within 5 to 7 business days of payment, with tracking and insurance. Shipping costs depend on size and where it’s headed, and I’ll always quote them before you pay.
Right now I ship within the United States. Somewhere else? Just ask and I’ll see what I can do.
5. If something arrives damaged
I’ll be so sad if this happens! Please email me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the painting and the packaging, and hang on to the box. I’ll work with you on a repair, a replacement, or a refund.
6. Returns
Since every piece is an original, all sales are final unless your painting arrives damaged. If something feels off, please reach out anyway. I always want you to love what you bring home.
7. Pieces at shows
Work hanging in a café, shop, or gallery may be sold through that venue and follow its own sales terms. Spot something you love at a show? Ask the venue or send me a note and I’ll point you in the right direction.
8. Caring for your painting
Hang your painting out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. To clean it, dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. No water or cleaners, please!
Have your eye on a piece?
